Our specialty is fresh pasta which is made daily and served with a variety of sauces. There is a saying in Italy, “You have never had pasta until you've tried fresh pasta!” We also take a lot of pride in our thin crust pizzas. We use only fresh dough that is hand stretched to create the perfect crust. Our pizza sauce is made from hand-picked whole tomatoes and we use only freshly prepared toppings.
